Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which VoxPro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("VoxPro") issues refunds for payments made towards its cloud telephony, communication, and AI services.
1. General Principle
Cloud telephony and AI translation services are consumed in real time. Once the service has been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable. However, refunds are honored in the specific scenarios described below.
2. Refunds are Available When
- Service could not be activated within seven (7) business days of payment due to a fault on VoxPro's side.
- Duplicate payment for the same invoice / wallet recharge.
- Payment was deducted but the wallet was not credited within 24 hours of confirmation from the payment gateway.
- Material defect in the Service that renders it unusable, where VoxPro is unable to provide a fix within fifteen (15) business days.
3. Refunds are NOT Available For
- Wallet balance already consumed by usage.
- Subscription periods already elapsed.
- Cancellation by the Customer for reasons unrelated to a fault on VoxPro's side.
- Charges for usage during a trial / pilot that was completed.
- Third-party charges (telecom carriers, cloud infrastructure pass-through costs) that have already been incurred on behalf of the Customer.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@voxprosolutions.com within seven (7) days of the payment date.
- Include: payment reference number, transaction date, amount, registered email, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will acknowledge within 2 business days and investigate.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within seven to ten (7โ10) business days back to the original payment method. Banking timelines for credit posting may vary by bank / card issuer.
Note: Razorpay or other payment gateway charges incurred on the original payment may be deducted from the refund amount where the refund is not the result of a fault on VoxPro's side.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to support@voxprosolutions.com. We will work in good faith to resolve any concerns. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
